1. Physician orders identifying frequency and the amount to be bled are required.
2. Patients who are clinically unstable must be drawn in a hospital setting, when any off the following conditions are present: Aortic
stenosis, Left main Coronary artery stenosis, or unstable angina.
3. Physician orders must be sent to the location of the phlebotomy.
