Client Services

Our Client Services section is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4 P.M.. After hours, any concerns may be directed to our Specimen Processing Department. It is our goal to make sure our clients are satisfied with our services, and that their issues are resolved in a timely manner with the help of one of our personable Client Service Representatives. Their area is inspected on a regular basis by JCAHO.

Additionally, our Technical Service Representative is responsible for all of your reference lab clients needs. This member of our team also makes regular visits to all reference lab clients in order to lend a personal connection to our services and to discuss any technical matters that may arise that cannot be resolved over the phone.
