SPECIMEN SAMPLING
Once a specimen is collected properly, it must be processed, stored, and transported correctly or results may be compromised. If you are sending specimens to our laboratory for analysis, make certain that your specimen collection, handling, and transportation procedures meet the guidelines set by our laboratory.
QORR
QORR is our web-based program for ordering and viewing reference laboratory requests and results. Our clients can register patients, order laboratory tests, and print labels and packing slips. When a specimen arrives at our facility, it is immediately ready to be tested.
ORDERING & RESULTS
Our laboratory personnel will immediately notify our clients by phone with critical laboratory results. After hours contact information can be arranged through our Client Services.
