Type	Serum and EDTA Whole Blood
Volume	2.0 mL Serum, 1 Lav. Top EDTA tube
Temperature	Room Temp or Refrigerated
Collection Info	Draw a Plain Red-top tube or Serum Separator, separate cells from seruma and send 2.0 mL of Serum in a plastic screw-capped tube at refrigerated or ambient temperature. Also, draw 1 Lavender top EDTA tube and send 2.0 mL whole blood at ambient or refrigerated temperature. DO NOT FREEZE. Specimens are stable for up to 7 days at ambient temperature.

Clinical Utilities
A quantitative analysis of serologic, genetic and inflammation markers in a proprietary Smart Diagnostic Algorithm to provide added IBD diagnostic clarity. This test helps physicians differnetiate IBD vs. non-IBD and CD vs. UC in one comprehensive blood test.
